AI generated or support of AI generated art

Process
Step 1- Order
Upon contacting me through DM on various socials, you will inform me of the type of finish, as well as the size you are looking for, and any additional information you would like me to know alongside a reference.
After looking over it, I will give you a ballpark price, we can work on it together if you are unhappy with the price given. I will provide information for payment and will wait for the invoice to be completed.
NOTE: due to past circumstances, I require all PayPal payments work as the following: I will send an invoice, and will not begin working till the amount requested is accessible by myself.
Step 2- Process
After payment is received, I will compile 3-5 different sketches featuring different poses and angles for you to choose from, once chosen and with critiques, I will continue with the chosen and update occasionally as requested till completion. After it is done, you are free to use it for both commercial and personal use, so long as credit is given where credit is due.
Laws of the land
I will not begin work till I receive the final payment in its entirety.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone if I see fit, I have no obligation to bend my rules for anyone.
Unless the item is not digital, refunds for 'product damage' cannot be claimed.
In the case of a refund, up to a %75 refund can be given. Whatever I have completed of your commission can be used for whatever use I see fit, or turned into something else.
To apply a discount, tell me that you wish to beforehand, so I can apply it to the final cost.
